Aloha Marketing has provided web design and
development to several businesses and non-profits over the past 6 years.
Key projects include the development of Honolulu Academy of Arts Academy
Guild web site, several vacation rental sites, corporate sites for
Partners In Business Systems and Bdellium, Inc., Ballet Hawaii, Heliconia Lei Greetings,
Kualoa Ranch, and the Hawaii Craftsmen web site.

SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCE:
PAYMAP INC., San Francisco, California 2000
Web Development Manager
Provided strategic web planning, design and testing for start-up web
presence for the new company name and business model, moving from 'brick and mortar' to the Internet.
Worked with external development team to complete the initial project in two
months. The business model subsequently changed and a revised site was launched in
May, 2001.
AEGIS MORTGAGE ACCELERATION CORP., San Francisco, California 1999
Consultant to Chief Operating Officer
Designed and produced the first corporate web site in time for
the year-end
Board Meeting. Site consisted of 20 pages of corporate background, product
information and user testimonials and links to partners. Site was
completed and in production
within 6 working days.
VISA INTERNATIONAL, Foster City, California 1995 - 2000
VICE PRESIDENT, Marketing Electronic Commerce
Developed internal website and consulted on external
web sites for communication to consumers, merchants and employees about
the new payment channel and best practices for use with Visa cards
online. The intranet site was at one time the largest for Visa
International with over 70 pages and a sophisticated search engine to
locate documents and presentations on using Visa cards safely on the
Internet. Also provided a monthly newsletter for top executives of all
Visa regions.
WELLS FARGO BANK, San Francisco, California 1994 - 1995
DISTRICT MANAGER, Corporate Systems Division.
Assisted in the start-up of a new division to formulate Quality
Assurance guidelines, supervise the Data Modeling of the Finance and Human
Resources groups, and to create the first Corporate Systems Division
newsletter. As a special project, developed a white paper for EVP of Human
Resources detailing how an Intranet could be developed for Wells Fargo employees'
use.
INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT Hawaii 1992 - 1993
Consulted for Kualoa Ranch Marketing Division
assisting the Marketing Director with special projects, as well as providing the photography and layout
design for their brochures. Also assisted in developing sales presentations.
INTERNET SYSTEMS CORPORATION, Chicago, Illinois 1988 - 1991 (now
renamed mpct, inc.)
1990 - 1991 (Consultant) DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Created a new department for Product Marketing and created a separate
Quality Product Assurance group responsible for testing products prior to
shipment. Developed and coordinated a product release plan between
Development, Training, Marketing/Sales, Documentation, Customer Service
and Product Assurance.
Provided the design, copy and production of customer, employee and
product newsletters, as well as new data sheets for the ten banking
products. Developed an employee handbook with photos of all employees in
10 offices worldwide.
INTERNET SYSTEMS Ltd., London, England 1988 - 1990
1988 - 1990: (Consultant) DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT-
Developed a new Account Executive Program within the Sales and
Marketing Department worldwide, coordinating 10 offices around the world
and 30 customers. Hired the staff, set goals and monitored progress with
customers over an 18 month period. Assisted in the coordination of User
Forums in Amsterdam, Stratford-Upon-Avon and Nice.
INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT, Hawaii 1986 - 1988
1987 consulted with Bank of Hawaii to install the MSA Personnel System.
1988 consulted with Kualoa Ranch, installing personnel tracking system
and teaching staff how to use it.
HOGAN SYSTEMS, INC., Dallas, Texas 1979 -1985
1985 - VICE PRESIDENT, CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Planned, staffed and managed 25 employees covering telephone support
for all banking products, product delivery, and the technical support for
development and the management of Hogan Interactive Telecommunication
System.
1984 - VICE PRESIDENT NEW TECHNOLOGIES Researched possible acquisitions for Hogan Systems (domestic banking
software) and recommended Henco Data Corp. in NYC to add international banking software
products. Assigned as Vice President Product Management responsible for the new acquisition in New York
to coordinate the staff's activities.
